The Level 3 Diploma in Management Skills & Knowledge is designed to provide learners with the knowledge, understanding, and practical skills required to succeed as a team leader or supervisor across a range of industries. Aligned to the Team Leader or Supervisor apprenticeship standard, the qualification supports learners in developing the behaviours and competencies needed for effective leadership and workplace management.
